Notarial Deeds
Notarial acts are limited to attesting to facts that the notary perceives through their senses, although they can also attest to other facts that are not directly perceived by the senses but which the notary considers proven based on relevant evidence, as is the case in acts of notoriety. However, in any case, acts cannot encompass contracts, which are the object of deeds and policies, in which notarial intervention is much more extensive.
